Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your return is processed.
